Dear Chris,

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Southbound Overtaking Lane project at Bauple has recently achieved practical completion.

I would like to take this opportunity to personally acknowledge and thank you for your efforts in making this project a success for both Georgiou Group and our client (QLD Dept of Transport and Main Roads)

We look forward to working together in the future.

Regards,

Mick Guthrie

Project Manager – Georgiou Group Pty Ltd

To Whom it May Concern,

Aramira Civil Engineering and Civil Contractors formed a joint venture to provide labour and supervision to the Pacific Adventurer oil spill cleanup on Moreton Island earlier this year. The client was the Queensland Government, acting through Queensland Transport. Torque Recruitment provided labour to the joint venture.

Torque were instumental in the success of the operation, providing over 100 fully vetted, interviewed and inducted workers to the island in a matter of days. As the demand for workers changed from day to day, Torque was able to respond with subsequent rotations of large numbers of workers, at times with less than 24 hours notice.

The success of our joint venture was in great part due to the high calibre of worker provided to us by Torque, which resulted in an excellent on island productivity and disciplinary record. Torque’s robust system of worker vetting and the personal involvement in the project by Torque management was the key.

I have no hesitation in recommending Torque recruitment to any prospective client.

Yours Faithfully,

David H Bamford

To Whom it May Concern,

Civil Contractors (Aust) Pty Ltd engage Torque Recruitment on an ongoing basis to supply Leading Hands and specialist construction workers on a variety of projects. I have had the pleasure of liasing with them directly during my time as Project Manager on the Moreton Island Oil Spill emergency response, in which Torque supplied up to 100 workers on rostered rotation for 8 weeks.

We have been pleased with Torque's performance and highlight their following areas of quality service:

• Labour Force - Torque screen their labour force to ensure they provide competent staff and respond quickly to any concerns we raise in relation to performance or attitude.

• Approachable - Torque management are straightforward, contactable and helpful.

• Efficient Administration - Discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner ( this key attribute should not be undervalued - this has been a signififcant issue for us when dealing with other labour hire companies in the past, with months transpiring between dispute and resolution ).

• Torque Staff Inductions - Torque staff are made aware of their obligations to strictly adhere to safety and behavioural standards on construction sites.

• Presentation - Torque Management ensure that their labour force are appropriately attired for the duties that are required of them.

• Professional - Torque present a very professional corporate image.

I would also be pleased to act in the capacity of a Referee via phone, should you wish to contact me directly.

Kind Regards,

Scott Jefferson
